Our Kelly Club model involves us becoming a true partner with our schools. We do this by entering into a revenue-share model, that ensures the school's financial return increases as the programme grows.

This partnership model means that we also want to understand what makes a school tick. The vision, values and ethos of each school is woven through our Kelly Club programme to create an extension of the school, with the programme remaining independent and operated directly by Kelly Club.
